Planned Care
As a Commission of Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC) accredited, home health care agency, we offer highly qualified, and carefully screened and selected personnel. We provide home health aides who are available to provide care to your loved one—ranging from an hourly basis to 24-hour, live-in services. In addition, each type of medical aid and care provided to your loved one is supervised by a registered nurse. We believe that every client is different, which is why we work with you to create and update a care plan to ensure that all of the needs of you and your loved one are met.
Free At-Home Consultation and Compatibility Visit
When it comes to providing care for a loved one, you want to ensure that you have a care provider whom you and your family are comfortable with. That’s why we provide a free, at-home compatibility visit. During the visit we will discuss the specifics of the care to be provided, go over any requests or preferences your family may have, and give your loved one an opportunity to meet the potential caregiver.
